My husband has COPD and is on oxygen 24/7. Some place without the unpleasant chemical smells and products that require nail techs to wear masks. I originally came here because I was looking for an organic salon where I could get a safe manicure. I've been coming to Midori Salon and Spa for three years now. She then tried to reschedule me again and said the next appointment would be later in the week but the stylist was a level 5 and her hair cut was $52.00, then proceeded to ask if I could afford it?! Really rude! I also wanted to know why they would not call or text me for both appointments if they are running late and she just shrugged her shoulders and said she just found out herself. I asked if someone else could take me, she flat out just said no. Twenty minutes later I asked about my appointment and they said my stylist is running 45 minutes later because her last appointment showed up late. Showed up on time the next day, signed in and had a seat. I asked how long and how long for a haircut they said about two hours.
They said they were running late somebody did not show up and it may be a while. Made my first appointment and arrived on time. Needless to say I am still in the market for a salon, this one needs to get their scheduling and customer service fixed. I was in the market for a new salon and found this one in Largo.
